The company
Built at the desk it serves.
F&I Suite is a startup from Ottawa, built inside a working dealership.
The gap, seen from every side
Sofiane Merrad has spent more than twenty years inside dealerships: C-suite roles in North Africa and the Middle East, dealer operations in Europe, and today a working F&I desk in Ottawa. Every market told the same story. The front of the store got the software: CRM, inventory, digital retailing, appraisal tools. The back office, where the gross actually lands, got a whiteboard, a filing cabinet, and a manager quoting lenders from memory.
So we built the missing layer
Delivery Book came first, built for the store it runs in and shaped by the people who use it daily: about 30 of them across sales, F&I, prep, parts and management. F&I Suite is the layer above it, decision support for the desk itself. Every feature was tested the only way that counts: on a real sales floor, on real delivery days, by people who did not read a manual first.
A startup, done properly
F&I Suite is an Ottawa startup that went through Invest Ottawa's IO Ignition program in the winter and spring 2026 cohorts. The discipline shows in the build: data held in Canada, security designed for IT review from the first migration, and a roadmap we state plainly instead of promising.
If your delivery day still lives on a whiteboard, we should talk.
